​I use the Career Direct Assessment which is a validated assessment by Crown Ministries.  This assessment helps you discover and maximize your natural talents and abilities. More than a simple career test, it analyzes four critical areas – personality, interests, skills, and values. These are the 4 areas that are the most important when it comes to career fulfillment.

Transitions: How to Navigate Your Career Crossroads

Transitions is my 6-week intensive career clarity course where I walk you through how to learn and validate careers that fit you and align with what you want in career fulfillment. In the program, you take the Career Direct assessment and have access to 4 weeks of self-guided material on:
  • Understanding What You Want in Your Career
  • Understanding Your Design for a Career
  • Career Research and How to Validate Your Career Choice
  • Networking and Action Plan

Then you and I meet weekly for a total of 4 sessions to work through the material together. It is designed to help you figure out once and for all what you want to be when you grow up.
